Staying indoors can become boring and repetitive. But if you find productive things to do when bored at home, you’d be shocked how much you can make the most of your time. Whether you indoors because of current restrictions, for health reason or working from home, it’s hard to find things to do, other than scrolling endlessly on Instagram.

That’s why I’ve put together this extensive list of productive things to when bored home.

Those of us living with chronic pain/illness know Those of us living with chronic pain/illness know how overwhelming it can be. Physically, mentally and emotionally is can drain all of your energy. 

Unfortunately overwhelm is something that a lot of us deal with, on a consistent basis, and it can be hard to know how to deal with it. 

Here are a few things that help me cope a little better, hopefully you’ll find them helpful too.
