ABOUT ME

Hello, Nice to meet you

Hey there,
I’m Keisha

I’m the creator of The Chronic Diary. After many years living with chronic pain, I’ve learned a thing or two (mostly through trial and error). Now, I’m on a mission to help women with chronic pain thrive—because life shouldn’t stop when pain starts.

Fun Facts About Me

My story

I’ve been dealing with chronic pelvic pain for nine years (suspected endo, nerve damage—you know, the kind of medical mystery where doctors just shrug and say, “Huh, but your test results are all normal”. Super helpful). Between endless appointments, useless treatments, and feeling like no one really gets it – I know it all too well.

At some point, I decided pain wasn’t going to ruin my life. I wanted more than just surviving—I wanted to actually live. So, I started The Chronic Diary—part pain diary, part survival guide, part reminder that you’re not losing your damn mind.

I share everything from dealing with dismissive doctors, self-care that actually works, to functioning when you feel like human roadkill. Because pain may be part of our lives, but it doesn’t get to steal everything.

“I realised that I don’t have to
be perfect. All I have to do is show up and enjoy the messy, imperfect,
and beautiful journey
of my life.”
